We are covered with worker's compensation & liability insurance. This covers your facility, our cleaners, and our business.
What service areas does MCS cover?
Our most popular areas of coverage are currently in Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino counties, however that doesn't mean we're unavailable to accommodate your request. Give us a call and we'll try our best to visit you.
How many people will clean my office?
This will depend on the size of your facility. We have teams from 1 cleaner for a small office, to a dozen cleaners for large buildings. We can go over this in detail during our complimentary estimate. All cleaning visits are a minimum of 3 hours.
Will I always have the same cleaner?
We do our best to keep the same person or team scheduled with you. If your normal cleaner is not available we will always try to let you know in advance so you have the opportunity to reschedule or have a substitute cleaner complete your service
Do I need to be on the premises when you clean?
You don't need to be present, but whatever you are most comfortable with is what matters. We can schedule during or after business hours. The options are listed below to allow us to access to your business/office:
Be available to let us in.
Provide us with a key.
Provide us with an alarm code.
Do I need to provide cleaning products?
No, we provide all cleaning materials and equipment. The only exception to this is restocking materials such as toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Those types of items will need to be provided by your facility, our team is happy to make sure they are properly restocked during your visit.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes, If there are any issues with the service, we ask that you notify us within 24 hours. Our owner also regularly inspects job sites to ensure quality work standards are being met.
Is there a cancellation policy?
We require 24 hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling. We do understand that emergency situations may arise, so we will extend 1 courtesy cancellation. Any cancellations after that will incur a $50 penalty which would be added to your monthly invoice. A 30 day cancellation notice is required to cancel services altogether.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept check via mail, or all major credit card payments. Invoices are e-mailed to you on a monthly basis.
What are your rates?
Rates will vary based on many factors including the scope of work, number of locations and frequency of service visits. We offer complimentary in person estimates so that we can assess your facility and needs to provide you with our lowest, most competitive rate possible.
What frequency of cleaning does MCS provide?
We offer daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleaning visits. We can provide you with multiple quotes so you can chose the option that fits best with your business and budget.
What if my cleaning schedule lands on a holiday?
If this happens we will contact you to discuss rescheduling options.
